Introducing the Adromischus Filicaulis, a rare and exquisite succulent that will captivate any gardener’s heart. This slow-growing beauty boasts long, slender green leaves and erect stems, forming a charming small shrub. Its unique appearance is sure to stand out in any succulent collection.
Adromischus Filicaulis thrives in bright conditions, but it truly shines when given filtered sunlight or afternoon shade. To ensure its health, plant it in a well-drained soil mix enriched with small gravel for impeccable drainage. During the growing season, water this succulent thoroughly when the soil feels dry to the touch.
This remarkable species, while stunning, can be a bit finicky. It’s susceptible to rot, especially during extreme winter or summer conditions. However, it compensates with relatively fast growth, needing more water than cacti. Mimicking its natural habitat, water sparingly and allow the soil to dry between soakings, especially during the spring and fall.
Creating a dry atmosphere is crucial for the Adromischus Filicaulis’s well-being. In winter, reduce watering, but never let it shrivel. Whether you’re a seasoned succulent enthusiast or a newcomer to the world of drought-resistant plants, this rare gem is a must-have addition to your collection.

Required for germination, light, heat, and humidity. The succulent mix should have good drainage with no fertilizer in it. The temperature for germination is about 15 degrees to 35 degrees. Cacti like to have a little bit of light for germination, but no direct sunlight. In the first 4-8 weeks of gemination place in shaded with indirect sunlight. Very important not to allow them to dry out and to keep them moist. Patience and experience as they are fragile plants. Gradually allow them to have more sunlight as they grow larger.
