ERIOSYCE FLOCCOSA

Known as Neoporteria floccosa, Pyrrhocactus floccosa, or Eriosyce taltalensis var floccosa

Slow-growing, the body can be globose or semi-globular to elongate in shape. The flower can be purple in color. The plant needs good drainage more airflow.  Waterings should regular in summer but do not overwater. Strong sun exposure to develop good spinal growth, but can tolerate light shade can be useful in the hotter months.
