FEROCACTUS SCHWARZII

It slowly grows into a barrel shape cactus that has distinct ribs with small spines. The flower can be yellow in color when it reaches mature size. Use very draining soil, water during the growing season. But allowed to dry before watering again also kept drier in Winter. Take note:  it’s necessary to avoid wetting the bodies of these plants while they are in sunlight. A wet cactus in the sunlight can cause sun burning which can lead to many problems. It needs a bright exposure, part shade in summer.
