Its a small type of succulent, with triangle-shaped leaves that stacks on each other with a spotted pattern on each leave. Needs light shade to filtered sun, but will redden with more light exposure. Regular water in summer also keeps dryer in winter. It needs good drainage and freely circulating air is important.
