This variety is commonly used as grafting stock for its color. Easy to graft also feeds the plant and it keeps the plant alive longer. (up to 10 years) You will need to re grafting it or buried the stock in pebbles to allow it to be more stable as it grows larger.  Ideal for the garden for its features, tree-like, branches, and color of course. Suitable for pots as well. It requires light but regular watering in summer, but let the soil mix dry between watering, but do not over-water. They grow best in well-drained soil also a position in full sun or filtered sunlight area.
