Known as Weeping Jade, or Trailing Jade, Off these stems, grows flat overlapping lime green to light green leaves that can have a purple tint to them.  It is used as a creeper or place in a hanging pot and brilliant orange blooms in late summer and early autumn. It requires filtered sunlight to full sunlight to bring out the colors per day.
